Agua Fresca

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped small seedless fruit I used like watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups ice

Preparation

Add cubed fruit, water, sugar, and lime juice to a blender.

Blend until the mixture is thoroughly pureed. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a pitcher or bowl with a spout.

Add ice to individual glasses and pour the strained mixture over the ice.
